Winwap Support Portal

When evaluating any software provided by Winwap Technologies, or after having licensed software you will automatically receive a username and password to your account from our support team. At the support portal you can:

  • View content lists
  • Download files, documents and software
  • Contact our technical support
  • Sign online Agreements

Any amount of users from your organization that needs to access to the portal will receive an account on request. Once any content materials, lists, games or other software is delivered to you, our system sends out a notification email to let you know that some new materials are available. The email is sent to everyone with an account that is flagged to receive the notifications. The portal also includes a support case system you can use to ask questions or report bugs.
